GO4SCHOOL is a comprehensive school management system that allows educational institutions to efficiently manage their students, staff, finances, communications, and daily operations. It's a multi-tenant platform serving schools, parents, teachers, and students.
What are the main features of GO4SCHOOL?
GO4SCHOOL offers student and enrollment management, teaching staff management, multi-channel communication, financial and fee management, report card and certificate generation, schedule management, complete accounting, inventory and stock management, absence and leave management, and much more.
How do I access the GO4SCHOOL platform?
You can access GO4SCHOOL through your web browser using your email, phone number, or student ID as your login. The platform is accessible 24/7. A mobile application is also available for certain features.
How do I create a new student in the system?
To create a new student, go to the 'Students' section, click 'Add Student', fill in the required information (name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, gender) and add a photo. The student will automatically receive a unique registration number.
How do I manage student enrollments?
Enrollments are managed in the dedicated section. You can enroll students in different classes according to the current academic year. The system allows you to track enrollment history and manage annual re-enrollments automatically.
How do I configure school fees?
In the 'School Fees' section, you can define different types of fees: tuition, registration, exam, transport, cafeteria, and extracurricular activities. Each fee can be configured with specific amounts per class and payment schedules.
How do I generate report cards?
The system automatically generates report cards based on evaluations entered by teachers. You can customize the report card design, include teacher comments, and generate reports by class or individually.
How do I create class schedules?
Schedule generation first requires configuring courses, time slots, and assigning teachers. The system automatically checks for time conflicts and optimizes course distribution according to your parameters.
How do I manage school accounting?
GO4SCHOOL includes a complete accounting module with chart of accounts, journals, automatic entries for payments, financial report generation, and budget tracking. All financial transactions are automatically recorded.
How do I enter student grades?
As a teacher, access the 'Evaluations' section, select your class and subject, then enter grades directly into the system. Grades are immediately available for calculating averages and generating report cards.
How do I view my schedule?
Your personal schedule is accessible from your dashboard. You can see all your classes, assigned rooms, and classes. You receive automatic notifications when schedules change.
How do I take attendance and manage absences?
In each class, you can take attendance electronically. Mark absences which will be automatically counted in the student's statistics and communicated to parents if configured.
How do I communicate with parents?
The system allows sending targeted communications to parents: SMS, emails, push notifications. You can communicate with all parents in a class or individually as needed.
How do I request leave or report an absence?
Use the 'Leave' section to submit your requests. Specify the type of leave, dates, and add justification if necessary. Your hierarchy will automatically receive the request for validation.
How do I view my child's grades?
Log in with your parent credentials, select your child if you have multiple children, then access the 'Grades and Evaluations' section. You'll see all grades by subject, averages, and progress over time.
How do I make school fee payments?
The 'Payments' section shows you all fees due for your child. You can pay online via mobile money (MTN, Orange), credit card, or generate a receipt for cash payment at school.
How do I track my child's absences?
The parent dashboard displays a summary of your child's absences. You also receive automatic notifications for unjustified absences and can submit justifications directly through the platform.

All official documents (report cards, success certificates, school certificates) are available in the 'Documents' section. You can download them as PDFs and print them when needed.

How do I recover my forgotten password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email or phone number. You'll receive a reset link by email or SMS. Follow the instructions to create a new secure password.
