These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Go4School platform, a school management solution developed by FNT TECH SARL.
By accessing and using Go4School, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

Go4School Service Definition
Go4School is a comprehensive school management platform designed for educational institutions in French-speaking African sub-region countries.

Liability and Warranties
Service warranties
FNT TECH SARL strives to maintain a quality service with 99.9% availability. However, we cannot guarantee absolute availability due to external factors.
Liability limitation
FNT TECH SARL cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data losses due to force majeure, or service interruptions due to maintenance operations.
Force majeure
Force majeure cases include: power outages, internet cuts, natural disasters, strikes, or any event beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
Property rights
Go4School, its source code, features, and all constituent elements are the exclusive property of FNT TECH SARL. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Usage license
The use of Go4School is granted under license, limited to authorized features according to the user's role. This license is non-transferable and revocable.
User content
Users retain their rights to the content they create (academic data, communications). They grant FNT TECH SARL a license to use it for service needs.
Terms Modification
Right to modify
FNT TECH SARL reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the platform.
Change notification
Users will be informed of important changes by email or via a notification on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
Acceptance of changes
Continued use of Go4School after modification of the ToS constitutes acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the user may terminate their account.
Service Termination
Termination by user
The institution may terminate its subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable law
These ToS are subject to Cameroonian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Douala will have sole jurisdiction.
Dispute resolution
FNT TECH SARL favors amicable settlement of disputes. In case of failure, recourse to competent courts will be necessary.
Supervisory authority
For any complaint regarding data protection, users may contact the ART (Agence de Régulation des Télécommunications du Cameroun).
